The Tainan English program aims to enhance the overall English ability of students in Tainan. This is part of the national Bilingual 2030 initiative and the necessary coordination is between various departments (ministry and bureau) and across multiple programs (Mobile English, English Village, TFETP, etc.). 

The aim remains the same, regardless of program, and revolves around language-integrated learning, where lessons focus on increasing student English ability and subject knowledge through engaging lessons while incorporating language practice.
